Ken Ripplinger
Ken Ripplinger was born and raised in Regina. He started his career in 1991 with Imperial Life and now operates independently under the banner of Ripplinger Financial Corp. Ken has held a life insurance license since 1991. He also has had a mutual fund license since 1994, and is registered to sell mutual funds through Funds Direct Canada Inc.
Ken's industry involvement includes a six-year tenure on the board of the South Saskatchewan Chapter of the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (now Advocis) serving as President in 1997. In 2007, Ken began donating his time to a third grade class at Imperial School, assisting the teacher by working with students to improve their reading, writing and math skills. This lead to the creation of RippFin for Kids, a program which aims to bring joy to elementary school children. Ken coached at the Regina Boxing Club from 2008 to 2016, and served several years on the organizing committee of the Ken Goff Memorial Boxing Classic. Ken is married to Lydia and has two sons, Jake and Paul. |
Jake Ripplinger Jake started at Ripplinger Financial Corp in 2012, working part-time while finishing up his Marketing degree at the University of Regina. After graduating in 2013, he joined Ripplinger Financial Corp on a full-time basis. Jake has been licensed to sell mutual funds since 2015, and is registered to sell mutual funds through Funds Direct Canada Inc. In 2019, Jake earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Jake currently serves as a volunteer board member for the Advocis South Saskatchewan chapter, holding the Communication Chair. Outside of work, Jake is an avid curler and you can find him around the rink usually at least three times a week during the curling season. |
